Purchases through pocketbard.app (Paddle)
Purchases made through our website are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. (or, for buyers in the United States, Paddle.com Inc.) as the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller of Pocket Bard subscriptions and content.
You may request a refund within 14 days of the date of your purchase, for any reason, by contacting us at support@pocketbard.app or by submitting a request directly to Paddle at paddle.net.
The 14-day refund right does not apply once you have begun to download, stream, or otherwise access the digital content included in your purchase, in accordance with Paddle's standard terms for digital content.
Subscriptions
You may cancel a Pocket Bard subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to subscription content until that date.
After the 14-day refund window described above has ended, refunds are not provided for unused portions of a paid subscription period.
If you would like to cancel a subscription purchased through pocketbard.app, contact us at support@pocketbard.app or use Paddle's customer support at paddle.net.
Apple App Store and Google Play Store purchases
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are billed by Apple and Google, respectively.
Apple App Store: Refunds are governed by Apple's refund policy and must be requested from Apple directly. Pocket Bard is not able to issue refunds for App Store purchases.
Google Play Store: Refunds are primarily governed by Google's refund policy. You may request a refund from Google directly, or contact us at support@pocketbard.app and we will assess on a case-by-case basis.
Faulty or undelivered content
If technical issues prevent delivery of the content you purchased, contact us at support@pocketbard.app and we will work with Paddle to resolve the issue, including by providing a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence in relation to digital content that is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
How to request a refund
To request a refund for a pocketbard.app purchase, contact support@pocketbard.app with your order number and the email address used at checkout, or submit a request at paddle.net. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
To request a refund for an Apple App Store purchase, contact Apple directly through your account on the App Store.
To request a refund for a Google Play Store purchase, contact Google directly through your Play Store account, or email support@pocketbard.app and we will assess on a case-by-case basis.
